There are 6 foundation health principle :
1. Thinking, always positive thinking.. Do you?
2. Breathing, inhale through your nose & exhale through your mouth slowly, at least 50 times a day.
3. Hydration, look at your urin colour… Is it clear?
4. Nutrition, quality & quantity of food… Is it balance?
5. Exercise, watching your heart rate!…whether it is appropriate to your age?
6. Circadian rhythms / sleep… Do you sleep enough (how about the quality)?
